JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary: Leads the on-site organization, has full autonomy and authority to take actions regarding contractual and performance of the SOW requirements.  Reports directly to the RSI Contracts Manager and keeps the corporate staff informed. Principle liaison between NASA/JSC Contracting Office, COR and MSCL customers. Prepares and submits all deliverables specified in the Data Requirements List. Develops training programs for the staff. Oversees and directs the MSCL’s technical and QA programs to maintain 3rd party accreditation to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540.3, ISO9001/AS9100C. Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Safety Point of Contact (POC). MSCL representative to NASA external working groups.  Continue reading »

Looking for a Physical/Dimensional Tech and Electronics Tech – Conesus, NY

Physical Dimensional tech would be calibrating both on and off site, need to lift more than 50 lbs. At least 3 years experience in the Metrology Field for Dimensional. Duties would included but not limited to Micrometers, Calipers, Torque, Force, Compression, Pressure, Thread plugs, Thread Rings, Plain rings, surface plates to include lapping, and other items as well. The Electronics tech would also be calibrating on and off site, need to lift at least 50 lbs. At least 3 years experience. Duties would include DC/low freq, O scopes, Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Counters, RF, and other items as well. Prior PMEL and or TMDE training is preferred but will accept any form of training with proof. If you do not know all of the items listed do not be afraid to apply we provide training. We are a ISO17025, Z540.1, and Z540.3 Accredited lab located in Conesus, NY just 20 minutes south of Rochester. We serve all of the country and all expenses are fully paid.
